George Orwell wrote an essay about our fascination with real murders. I think he ends up by stating that there's a lot to be said in favour of hypocrisy 😏

Sorry, I can't recall the name of this essay, but since all his essays are superb, you'll come to no harm if you read the lot 😁

Interesting exploration of the link between morality and Aesthetics. It's a bit frank, so it was banned/ignored when first written, and nobody's bothered to "un-ban" it! But it can now be found on the Net somewhere. Have, er, fun 😍

Whilst perusing a cabinet in a Whitby antique shop that held curios of debatable taste I spied a Top Trumps card game - you've guessed it - Serial Killers (think it was German in origin).
