OK. It's time for a private prosecution, unless there's a prohibition on it in the relevant legislation. (That could be checked.) A victim of harassment just has to go down to the Magistrates Court and take out a summons, and then let the good times roll!
Er...isn't anyone thinking of taking the Monsters to court? Their names seem to be known, and I'm pretty sure that their conduct constitutes the crime of harassment
