Dear readers – earlier this year, after we smashed our target of adding 1,000 new subscribers during our campaign, we promised to deliver five pledges to improve the city. One of those included improving awareness of local democracy, through regular free-to-read editions highlighting decisions made in the council chamber and by South Yorkshire’s mayor.
